SHIPPING, RETURNS, + REFUNDS POLICIES

RETURNS:

All purchases made using Affirm are Final Sale.

Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be undamaged and in original condition. Any item marked Final Sale on our website, Instagram, or in-store, is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. Please contact us at 214-213-7331 in order to begin your returns process.

Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed upon the receipt and inspection of returned items. Please allow 3-7 business days to process.

Local pickup orders that are not picked up within 7 business days (unless otherwise communicated to The Collective), will be refunded, and a $5 restocking fee will apply.

ARTWORK:

Due to the custom and limited nature of the artwork, all art is final sale.

All artwork ships within 2 weeks, or is available for local pickup at our Dallas showroom. Shipping charges are not included in this estimate and will be invoiced separately. The item will not be shipped until shipping has been paid.

CUSTOM FURNITURE:

All custom furniture and made-to-order items are final sale.

Custom and made-to-order items will ship within 10-12 weeks. Our team works hard to update our website and products accordingly with accurate shipping timeframes. Shipping is additional and is not included in the cost. White Glove shipping will be used for orders outside of North Texas.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

Although rare, sometimes damages to our packages may occur in transit that are out of our control. Please be sure to fully inspect your items upon arrival, and let us know if there are any issues. The claims process for damaged packages may take up to 3 weeks to coordinate with our delivery teams.
