Alli Stark

Alli Stark is a fine artist based in her hometown of Brenham, Texas, where she developed a passion for painting and creating from an early age. Alli is a self-proclaimed hobbyist and has always loved honing different skills in different seasons of life. Alli attended the University of Texas at Austin, where she majored in Business and Advertising. All the while, still holding a flame for painting. She continued to hone her skills and ideas through side projects and studio art courses at UT. After graduating and while being stuck at home during the pandemic, she developed her unique "abstract botanical" art study. With a new home to decorate and minimal options for shopping and seeing, she turned to the organic beauty of the outdoors for inspiration and supply. 

The idea was simple: beautiful stems and leaves that deserve to be preserved forever as art. Inspired by the incredible hand-painted wallpaper panels of de Gournay and Gracie, she loves combining fine art with the unpredictable beauty of nature. Each piece celebrates the rugged beauty and organic forms of stems, leaves, and branches. Through layered color and texture, Alli captures the richness and movement found in nature’s own design. 

Alli now lives back in her beloved hometown as a full-time artist with her husband, Robert, and two dogs, Caesar and Sully.
