Lauren Padian

Lauren is influenced by the mood evoking qualities of color and forms found in nature. Lauren's work is a process of layering paint and collage, as each layer provides a unique new perspective and beauty, just as God reveals to us in nature. She believes in the healing and transformative power of art that can be experienced by both the artist and viewer. Lauren is drawn to bright and vibrant color palettes when creating her joy filled pieces. She states, “Life can be so serious at times, so why not surround yourself with art that sparks joy.” Lauren works in a variety of mediums; such as acrylics, oil sticks, painted paper collage, and charcoal. She feels truly free when painting and her work is continuously evolving. Lauren resides in Dallas, Texas with her husband and three young daughters.
