Jenny Westenhofer

Jenny Westenhofer has always been drawn to beautiful things — the way a room comes together, a perfectly set table, a garden in full bloom, a canvas alive with color. For as long as she can remember, the instinct to create, arrange, and refine has simply been part of who she is. Though she studied business and worked in advertising, creativity never stopped weaving through her life. After starting a family, she began painting murals in friends' nurseries, and a move to Louisville in 2009 introduced her to oil painting — a medium she fell completely in love with. What began as a hobby steadily grew into a full creative career spanning more than sixteen years.

Jenny's work is rooted in a confident, expressive approach she describes as "lay it and leave it" — bold brushwork and deliberate strokes that celebrate the way light plays across pattern and color. The result is painting that feels fresh, joyful, and alive. As a passionate interior design enthusiast, Jenny's process begins with people: getting to know her clients, their homes, and the way they live, then translating that story into a piece with just the right colors, textures, and scale. She believes art should do more than hang on a wall — it should spark conversation, transform a space, and become a cherished family heirloom.

Jenny believes that a God-given gift is meant to be shared. For her, creating is about more than personal fulfillment — it is a way of giving her talent to the world and bringing joy to the people and spaces around her.
